Proactive Storm Response
We don't wait for the phone to ring during a nor'easter. Our dispatch monitors meteorological models up to 72 hours in advance and stages equipment before pavement freezes.
72-Hour Pre-Storm Logistics
We monitor regional weather radar and surface temperatures. Equipment, salt inventories, and crew routes are confirmed 48 hours before the first snowflake touches down.
Pre-Treatment & Anti-Icing
Liquid anti-icing brine is sprayed onto clean pavement ahead of snowfall to prevent bonding and ice formation, making initial plowing passes vastly more effective.
Active In-Event Push Cycles
Throughout heavy accumulation, our trucks perform continuous push passes so snow never exceeds trigger depth. Sidewalk crews clear walkways, ADA ramps, and emergency exits on parallel schedules.
Post-Event Clearing & Salting
Once snowfall tapers off, crews perform a full scrape to bare pavement, widen bankings back to curb lines, clear dumpster pads, and apply bulk salt to eliminate refreeze risk.
